Wire Style
Wire Type
Galvanized Steel Wire
Galvanized steel wire is wire coated in zinc for corrosion resistance. Its rust-resistance properties is ideal for cleaning applications and economical for single use.
Stainless Steel Wire
Stainless steel wire is steel wire mixed with chromium for corrosion resistance. Its rust-resistance is superior to galvanized steel wire for long-term exposure, but it is more costly.
Coated Steel Wire
Coated steel wire has a plastic jacket over a galvanized steel wire. The coating provides a softer contact area, additional corrosion resistance and smooth surface.
Stem Diameter
0.280″ Stem Diameter
Our largest wire has a stem diameter of 0.280”. The large wire gauge is strong, stiff, holds thicker filament material and can be more dense.
0.065″ Stem Diameter
Our smallest wire has a stem diameter of 0.065”. The small wire gauge allows a flexible brush and holds finer filament material, but it will be less dense.
Stem Construction
Single-Stem Single-Spiral
Brush filament are twisted between two stem wires.
Double-Stem Single-Spiral
Brush filament are twisted between four stem wires.
